Responsibilities:

• Developing new cleaning textiles and playing an important role in the ideation process is a major part of your daily tasks.

• You drive Innovation and scout for new products, technologies, and trends in the product segment.

• Managing patents as well as competitive intelligence is part of you responsibilities.

• Development and improvement of internal processes and laboratory test methods is part of your work.

• Furthermore you support supply chain related projects such as supplier changes or cost reduction projects.

Qualifications:

• You have a Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry or similar.

• With more than three years of experience in R&D, Innovation Management,  Project Management and product development, you are ready for a challenging new position within our company.

• You have detailed technical know-how on textiles, preferably on cleaning mops and wipes, combined with good product management skills and sense of teamwork and accountability.

• In addition, you show a systematic, structured working approach.

• Your fluent English and German paired with excellent communication skills enable you to interact with all team members and interfaces.
