Position: HVAC Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations. You will play a pivotal role in managing schedules, dispatching our skilled Service Technicians, and ensuring our clients' HVAC needs are met with efficiency and excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Handle an average of 50 service calls per day
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to ensure timely service delivery
• Coordinate Preventative Maintenance schedules and adjust for new requests
• Track job progress, maintain reports, and update customer records
• Work closely with customers to provide excellent service and address any concerns
• Be the central communicator for assigned territories

Pay:  

Starting at $22 per hour, with higher pay available for candidates with significant experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to type 60 wpm
• HVAC/dispatch experience preferred, but not required—what matters most is your can-do attitude
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a knack for staying flexible in changing environments
• A high school diploma
