Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources.

  • Develop and generate regular reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to provide insights into key HR metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

• Workforce Planning:

  • Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to understand workforce dynamics and identify areas for optimization.

  • Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic workforce planning initiatives.

• Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Design and implement surveys to measure employee engagement and satisfaction.

  • Analyze survey results and collaborate with HR teams to develop strategies for improving employee experience and retention.

• Learning and Development:

  • Assess the impact of training and development programs on employee performance and organizational success.

  • Provide recommendations for enhancing learning initiatives based on data-driven insights.

• Succession Planning:

  • Work with HRBPs to identify high-potential employees and develop succession planning strategies.

  • Analyze talent pipelines to ensure the organization has the right skills and competencies for future growth.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to align people analytics initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Clearly communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• English fluency - conversational and professional writing

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a People Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools and data visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, Tableau).

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Strong independent judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required to anticipate and respond to emerging challenges
