We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer in the Incident Response Tooling team to design, develop and implement application to support Insider Threat program. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, ownership of technical delivery by coordinating backend and front-end enhancements, willingness learn new technologies, and collaborative nature to work in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the technical architecture and roadmaps for scalable, high-performant, and secure applications.
  • Design and implement microservices-based architectures, modernizing legacy systems for better scalability, fault tolerance, and agility.
  • Stay hands-on with coding in core technologies such as Python, React, Apache Solr, Elasticsearch, and modern databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to translate complex needs into actionable technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, guiding design patterns, best practices, and code quality.
  • Lead proof of concepts (POCs), evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend adoption to improve product capabilities.
  • Drive end-to-end product initiatives — from ideation and architecture through development, deployment, and scaling.
  • Partner with DevOps and QA teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines, automation, and quality practices are embedded into the delivery process.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with hands-on coding in Python or Java, plus frontend exposure (React/Angular).
  • Proven expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and API-driven architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Solr).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and domains such as UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics) is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance innovation, risk management, and delivery timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead technical discussions.

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $120,000.00 to $210,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
