Riverview Psychiatric Center is currently looking for our newest Cook II. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, oversee, and inspect work activities of a moderate sized dietary staff to ensure work is completed efficiently, timely, and properly. Oversee meal planning and preparation for hospital patients. Teach new dietary staff the proper methods of volume food preparation and utilization of kitchen utensils to ensure job proficiency. Order food supplies and complete inventory control to ensure products/ingredients are sufficiently supplied. Plan, direct, oversee, and coordinate the work of dietary staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Two (2) years' experience in large scale institutional/hospital food preparation including serving and cleanup.
