Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (11-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

<p></p><p><b><span>What success looks like in this role: </span></b></p><p></p><h2>PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS FIXED-TERM FOR 11-MONTHS (MATERNITY COVER).</h2><h2></h2><h2><span>The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Regional Talent Acquisition Leader and work closely with the Local HR and Business Leaders to identify and hire the highest calibre talent, for positions across key locations within Europe (predominately Hungary).  </span></h2><h2></h2><h2><span>A key objective for this individual is to significantly reduce the use of contingency and retained staffing agencies. Another key objective is to support projects to help develop the TA function for Unisys.</span></h2><h2></h2><h2><span>The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist is expected to establish strong partnerships with the business leaders and will lead activities in sourcing, assessing, hiring and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
