Security Specialist-Weekend Shift

The International Mission Board, a nonprofit religious organization is hiring for a Part-Time Weekend Security Specialist (multiple shifts available) to work on our campus in Rockville, VA!

***IMMEDIATE NEED***
 
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays 1-pm-9pm
Location: Rockville, VA

Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety and security for campus by providing surveillance of persons and property
• Checks IDs and issues appropriate badges as needed when visitors arrive at the gate
• Handles all security situations as they arise and initiates appropriate actions
• Monitor equipment such as fire alarm panels, camera and refrigeration systems
• Meets, greets, and assists guests and staff on campus

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Must have DCJS Unarmed Security license or be willing to obtain within first few months of hire
• 2 years preferred in the security field
• CPR, AED and First AID certified
• Professional demeanor
