17821 - Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Your new responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision in our department on 2nd shift (2:45 pm to 11:15 pm)
• Responsible for ensuring daily targets are met using proven managerial techniques
• Accountable for monitoring and tracking all daily production indicators
• Decision making, time management, and ability to prioritize are key skills required for this position
• In addition to working closely with production personnel, you will work directly with managers, supervisors and engineers across all 3 shifts to communicate concerns and issues as well as ensure key performance metrics are achieved

What we look for

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience and an associate’s degree is required
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline desirable
• Prior supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar production environment is a must
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and people development skills are essential for this position
