Tech Lead,Infrastructure Delivery Platform

As a central platform team within the Systems Department, The Infrastructure Delivery Platform Team is responsible for providing reliable, convenient, and unified resource and infrastructure service capabilities. Our scope includes end-to-end capacity delivery, asset management, data center infrastructure management, server fleet management, and other critical services that empower the department's operational efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design and implementation of critical modules within the technical systems for ByteDance's vertical industry order fulfillment and supply chain middle-office businesses. This encompasses, but is not limited to, order fulfillment management, supply chain planning, intelligent replenishment, cost management, and product lifecycle management, etc.
- Lead team to deliver business projects, abstract product components, and build technical capabilities. Ensure the rationality of system architectures (technical and business) and drive continuous optimization
- Manage team operations and task distribution, driving continuous improvement in engineering practices and cultivating technical leadership within the team

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $212800 - $387600 annually.
