Our Real Estate Advisory Group provides comprehensive real estate valuation and consulting services for acquisitions, dispositions, financial reporting, tax, financing and other strategic planning purposes.  Our services help owners and investors maximize property values.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiating preliminary discussion with clients to understand their requirements in detail

  • Preparing pitch decks and completing the required internal approval process

  • Completing property inspections

  • Investigating and completion of market analyses to estimate the value for Real Estate assets for different purposes

  • Delivering accurate, supportable and unbiased valuation conclusions

  • Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports

  • Addressing to all the client and/or auditor queries regarding the valuation of the subject property/assets

  • Working with management to build and maintain client relationships

  • Working individually and/or on multi-person project teams

  • Traveling is required for the position

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, law, architecture, engineering or similar.

  • Proficient MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint abilities

  • Excellent analytical, organization and project management skills

  • Ability and willingness to handle additional hours and travel as needed to comply with client requests

  • Complete proficiency in spoken and written English. Portuguese would be valued.

  • Full Clean Driving license

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Experience working with diverse teams
