Role:
The role of the Housing Maintenance Laborer is to assist with minor repair work as needed. They will also assist with housing make ready activities for preparation of occupancy, upkeep of lawn equipment, performing lawn care duties, shoveling snow, keeping sidewalks clean and other general duties assigned. General lawn care and minor maintenance of homes are the main duties.
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all minimum requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: Six months to two years of similar or related experience
Education: High School Diploma/GED
