The Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, monitoring, and control of projects to achieve objectives within the constraints of time, cost, scope, and quality, as outlined in the signed agreement.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Guide, influence, and motivate the team executing projects.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Resource Management:

Manage project resources and stakeholders.
Ensure effective utilization of resources.

Monitoring and Controlling:

Monitor project progress and performance
Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues.

Communication:

Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations.
Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices.

Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate project teams.
Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage team dynamics.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges.

Advanced communication skills to convey project goals and updates clearly to stakeholders.

Financial Management:

Financial management and budgeting skills to ensure projects are completed within budget.
Ability to monitor project expenditures and manage financial resources efficiently.

Risk Management:

Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
Experience in developing and implementing risk management plans.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Advanced knowledge of project management tools and software.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Three to five years of experience working in a project environment, including relevant industry experience, preferably with overall responsibility.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving project issues.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
PMP or Equivalent Professional Certification

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm). Additional hours may be required to meet client and internal expectations.

Travel Expectations: Travel to meet with clients and internal teams as needed
