Responsibilities
Analyze supply chain processes to identify improvements, including analyzing logistics performance through collaborative construction and data system construction to monitor and improve service vendors’ performance.
Build up the operations management procedure and key metrics for daily monitoring, with continuous improvement of performance management metrics.
Monitor weekly and bi-monthly logistics operation performance, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing maintenance and improvements.
Monitor, audit and analyze logistic performance issues and produce root cause analysis with value-added short and long-term solutions.
Set target expectations and actively manage diagnostics of logistics performance identifying the most critical issues for business and providing insights for operational optimization.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Operation Research, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field and one year of related experience; or a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Operation Research, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or
related field and three years of related experience.

Must have one year of experience in the following skills:
Developing graphical and visual representations of data using Excel and Tableau;
Working with cross-functional teams to design and build self-serve data analysis solutions;
Using SQL coding and database management systems to extract, transform and analyze data from the platform and enterprise systems;
Designing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key data and insights, track key performance indicators, and provide self-service tools to stakeholders; and
Developing metrics and key performance indicators, including cost and supply chain operational targets, to measure and improve procurement and/or supply chain performance.

Domestic and international travel required up to 15%.
