We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we're committed to making a difference.</p><p></p><p></p><h2>This is a student opportunity:</h2><h2></h2><h2>To support Project Managers, Project Management Assistants and Site Coordinators in administrative tasks for the conduct of assigned projects in accordance with ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and following local regulatory requirements and relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).</h2><h2></h2><h2>Ability to maintain confidentiality and to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment is required.</h2><ul><li><h2>Administrative support of Project Managers and/or Project</h2></li><li><h2>Management Assistant for project and non project related tasks</h2></li><li><h2>Support in organizing and follow-up of meetings (i.e. technical</h2></li><li><h2>meetings, internal meetings).</h2></li><li><h2>Support in preparation and QC of documents as requested by PM</h2></li><li><h2>Support in the TMF filing process</h2></li><li><h2>Support in archival process</h2></li><li><h2>German language B2 or above</h2></li></ul><h2></h2>
