Job Description

We are seeking Production Operator to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a dispenser, mixer and on TPM activities. As a Production Operator, you will be required to:

• Dispense and mix batches of ink per the process order.
• Provide batch samples to QC as needed and make any additions as directed.  
• Deliver completed batches to material handler area.
• Properly maintain dispenser,mixers as directed, including lubrication, and notify the supervisor of any mechanical defects.
• Change dispenser materials when needed.
• Use the required protective equipment (dust mask, gloves, apron, glasses, etc.).
• Follow safety rules at all times.

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have three months of related work experience.
• Demonstrate good math skills and basic computer skills.
• Be detail-oriented.
• Be reliable to work assigned shift.
• Be flexible to work overtime as required.
• Have a strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background.  
• Have good attendance and punctuality.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.  

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Forklift experience, but we can train you if you lack experience.
• Previous experience in the ink industry.
