Job Description
We are seeking Production Operator to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a dispenser, mixer and on TPM activities. As a Production Operator, you will be required to:
- Dispense and mix batches of ink per the process order.
- Provide batch samples to QC as needed and make any additions as directed.
- Deliver completed batches to material handler area.
- Properly maintain dispenser,mixers as directed, including lubrication, and notify the supervisor of any mechanical defects.
- Change dispenser materials when needed.
- Use the required protective equipment (dust mask, gloves, apron, glasses, etc.).
- Follow safety rules at all times.
Qualifications
To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
- Have three months of related work experience.
- Demonstrate good math skills and basic computer skills.
- Be detail-oriented.
- Be reliable to work assigned shift.
- Be flexible to work overtime as required.
- Have a strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background.
- Have good attendance and punctuality.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Forklift experience, but we can train you if you lack experience.
- Previous experience in the ink industry.
