The opportunity
The Client Support Coordinator performs various administrative and engagement-detailed work of a responsible nature to support client-serving partner(s) and other key management personnel. This position handles differing situations, problems and deviations in the work of the department or work unit according to general instructions, priorities, policies and program goals. This position also serves as a facilitator who may coordinate deadlines and either handles them directly or, through others, handles project coordination and completion.
Your key responsibilities
- Establishes a systematic method for tracking time commitments and the completion of tasks; coordinates and plans domestic and international travel arrangements; coordinates and makes arrangements for conferences, meetings and events.
- Assists with coordination of large client engagement meetings.
- May manage aspects of client engagements with guidance by scheduling appointments, confirming changes or delays and making necessary changes.
- Formats and edits letters, reports, and all other correspondence from draft stage to client-ready work, adheres to record retention policies and procedures, and follows an organized filing/document management process for electronic and paper documents.
- Develops and edits complex client engagement documents from limited information with guidance.
- Advises/trains on document retention policies and procedures.
To qualify for the role:
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- 3.0 GPA or above is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Proven integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive attitude and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities.
- Able to work in an EY office.
