Internship timeframe: Starts end May/ Early June – Ends end Aug/ Mid Sept

Pay: $20.00 /hr

Voice of Customer Analytics Intern

Transform customer feedback into actionable insights through analytics, dashboards, and survey programs.

What You’ll Work On:

• Build Power BI dashboards and validate VoC metrics
• Design and analyze Qualtrics surveys
• Support feedback channel expansion and closed-loop processes
• Prepare executive-ready insights and documentation

Education

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Science, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Requirements

• Must be available to work a consistent schedule of 20 -29 hours/ week during the hours of 8am – 5pm PDT.
• Must be able to come onsite to Irvine, CA
