About the role

The Director/Digital Integration Lead will support dynamic growth in the Colorado Springs area directly related to the government's desire to build out expanded collaboration capabilities across the industry.  An active TS/SCI is required to be considered for this position.

The Director/Digital Integration Lead will support dynamic growth in the Colorado Springs area directly related to the government's desire to build out expanded collaboration capabilities across industry.  Must thrive in an environment where they are responsible for the management and execution of accelerated interest by the government to create digital environments to support a host of acquisition and operational activities.   The Director/Digital Integration Lead will develop and implement plans and objections for collaborative capabilities in Colorado Springs in an effective and innovative fashion.  Additionally, will develop and execute the company’s business strategies in conjunction with the line of business leaders, general managers and department heads.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for expanding collaborative capabilities within the Colorado Springs, CO geographic area.
  • Lead efforts to identify, qualify, pursue, and capture government contracts and funding through customer relationships, effective bid strategies, productive teaming, and superior proposal development.
  • Lead proposal efforts to secure new contracts through superior understanding of customer requirements; develop capture strategy, competitive assessments, teaming solutions, and price-to-win.
  • Develop and provide company awareness/capabilities briefings, attend opportunity Industry Days and participate in customer one-on-one meetings to improve LinQuest’s positioning on competitive procurements.
  • Work closely with other LinQuest business developers, capture managers, and line managers in a cooperative and constructive fashion.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience working with construction, facilities, and classified locations in the DoD market.
  • 10+ years’ experience working with agencies and customers in the Colorado area of operations.
  • Established relationships with US Government leadership and extensive organizational and mission knowledge of relevant Colorado customer organizations.
  • Understanding of the new business pursuit lifecycle, with emphasis on market analysis, customer and opportunity identification and qualification, and opportunity shaping.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a team-oriented, mission-focused environment.

  • An active Top Secret clearance is required and must be maintained.

Years of Experience:  20+ years; Typically, 20+ years of experience preferred and/or contract requirements to move to an Associate Vice President/Business Development

Education:  BA/BS in Business Management or related field

Compensation: Starting salary ranges from approximately $151,436 - $225,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
