The role is open to Sunnyvale, San Francisco or New York, dependent upon where the candidate is currently located.

The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a strategy and planning Associate Manager to accelerate growth across our Marketing Solutions business. This individual will work closely with leaders in our marketing, sales, and operations organizations to lead the annual/long-range planning processes and measure monetization strategies. This lead will gather deep data insights to identify opportunities and drive decision making. This role is a high impact, high visibility role within the organization.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain financial models for annual and long-range planning process
Identify opportunities to accelerate penetration, generate sustainable growth and enable strategic outcomes via monetization strategy
Refresh analytical models to size potential future opportunities and evaluate impact of existing GTM initiatives
Contribute to process improvements and scaled performance in planning and reporting
Partner on forecasting models and updates to Monetization leadership and Sales leadership
Build productive relationships and feedback loops with Legal, Finance, Sales and Product teams
Conduct hypothesis-driven analyses
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
2+ years in finance, pricing, sales operations, management consulting, or other analytical role
BA/BS degree in economics, management science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics, accounting, engineering or related field
2+ years of experience with Excel and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Professional experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to see beyond the numbers, preferably in enterprise software or digital marketing
Proficiency with data analysis and/or visualizations—including directing work in Excel (able to perform tasks with vlookups and/or index match, macros), SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI
Creative problem-solver who loves to tackle complex challenges in a collaborative team environment
Strong communication skills via storytelling and giving presentations to drive decisions with senior management
Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners
Experience working with and serving as a trusted advisor to sales leaders

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $84,000-$125,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
