Position Summary

The role of the PM Server is to create 100% Guest Satisfaction by serving lounge customers in a prompt and efficient manner. This is an hourly position with a pay rate of $12.50 per hour.

Duties

• Ensures proper set up of tables to in the lounge
• Inspects linen, silver, china and other items prior to using them
• Takes customer orders and provides suggestions for both beverage and food
• Reports beverage orders to bartenders, ensure drinks are garnishes before serving
• Coordinates service with other servers and Chef
• Serves food and beverages to guests, refills beverages as needed
• Removes dirty glasses, linens and dishes from lounge area
• Responds to customer requests and complaints
• Cleans lounge area during and after events
• Adheres to legal and/or company policies and standards
• Understands and follows the laws and guidelines for beverage service
• Closes out the customer’s bill applying cash and credit cards in accordance with established procedures
• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations:
• Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service.
• Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.
• Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis.
• Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guest
