Department/Function: Sales
The Territory Sales Manager will be based in Zone 3 (North East of U.S) and is
responsible for driving territory sales performance and market expansion across
multiple states by delivering revenue and unit volume targets, strengthening
distribution across CV, OHT (both PCT and TBR), and PC channels, and executing
strategic sales initiatives. The role focuses on developing and managing strong
relationships with dealers, fleets, and key accounts, while identifying new
business opportunities and ensuring effective pricing, promotions, and program
execution. Additionally,
the role involves collaborating cross-functionally, leveraging data and market
insights, and maintaining a disciplined sales approach to optimize sales mix
and drive sustained business growth within the assigned territory, with
approximately 60–75% travel across Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and
Virginia.

Major Responsibilities:
Territory
Sales Execution
Manage a multi-state territory (2+ states) overseeing sales performance and market growth across CV, OHT, and PC channels.
Achieve monthly and annual unit volume targets.
Execute national and local sales programs, promotions, and pricing strategies.
Maintain pricing integrity and program compliance within the territory.
Structure weekly travel schedule based on customer priority and opportunities.
Manage day-to-day relationships with dealers, fleets, and key accounts.
Conduct regular in-person customer visits and joint calls with Dealer Sales Reps.
Onboard new dealers across all channels and sign new national account fleets.
Assist customers with product training, inventory planning, and ensure issues are resolved.
Prepare business reviews as needed for Zone Manager.
Maintain and execute a structured call schedule with key customers and targets.
Utilize tools such as RigDig, sell-out reports, and inventory analyze reports.
Track and update sales pipeline and call activity.
Submit accurate and timely call notes with meaningful insights.
Collaboration
& Reporting
Work closely with Zone Manager on territory planning, account strategy, and goal setting.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Field Engineering, and Supply Chain to support customer needs.
Communicate market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to Zone Manager and leadership.
Participate in
regular team calls, meetings, and trainings.
