Job Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a key part in receiving, storing, and shipping materials and finished goods, while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with FDA and cGMP standards. You'll operate forklifts and material handling equipment, manage warehouse transactions in SAP/ERP systems, and collaborate with multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly.Position Overview:
Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for the receipt and shipment of incoming materials, supplies, and finished goods. This position also ensures shipment transactions are promptly entered into ERP System (SAP) in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures and following through on all material movements to guarantee they are handled in accordance with applicable FDA and cGMP procedures.
This is a weekend night shift position. Working hours are 6:00 pm - 6:30 am, Friday - Sunday. This position is eligible for additional shift differential pay.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely.
- Receive raw material components, verify items against the record of shipment, and label components for in-house use.
- Unloading, verifying, and signing for incoming shipments.
- Records received and shipped items according to established procedures.
- Assuring no damaged items are received.
- Be able to communicate with the correct personnel about any damaged shipment.
- Perform general duties including housekeeping, stocking, safety, and maintenance.
- Be able to communicate with suppliers of any shipment discrepancy and miss shipment paperwork.
- Notifying departments when their shipment has arrived.
- Assist other departments by locating item withing the warehouse.
- Manage safety requirements to minimize safety risks.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a functioning, clean, and orderly condition.
- Performs other duties as required.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent combination of education or experience
- Must be proficient in English language to be able to read documentation, communicate, and write.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Prior fork truck experience; able to pass company standard for operating fork trucks and power jacks
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Ability to drive a 26’ box truck
Physical Requirements (if applicable):
- Must be able to lift and transfer loads up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to safely operate electric and manual pallet jacks.
- Required to stand for at least 75% of working time per shift, with walking at least 50% of working time per shift.
- Required to reach above shoulder occasionally and below waist occasionally occasionally.
- Required to push and pull.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/AX Software or ability to learn Microsoft AX Materials Management module.
- SAP software experience a plus.
- Proficient in business environment software applications - MS Office.
- Must be extremely service, internal customer, and detail oriented.
- Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Highly motivated, proactive problem solver, and a self-starter that can work both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with ergonomic lifting techniques.
- Good communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter capable of dealing with a variety of tasks in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Keen eye for quality, is dependable, and will work collaboratively within a team, and possess a positive attitude.

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $18.86 - $28.29 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
