Broad Function: The IT Client Services role for the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Sector provides IT support and coordination at the Syracuse site. This role partners with enterprise IT teams, local site leadership, and business users to ensure technology solutions meet site needs while adhering to corporate IT standards, compliance requirements, and objectives.
The focus is on supporting site-level IT activities, providing technical and process expertise, and serving as a liaison between the Syracuse site and enterprise IT organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support IT operations and activities at the Syracuse site, ensuring stability, compliance, and user satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between the Syracuse site and centralized IT organizations, communicating local needs and requirements.
- Assist in implementing shared IT services, infrastructure systems, and standardized processes at the site.
- Provide support for local IT contracts, service agreements, vendor interactions, and compliance activities.
- Work with business leaders and IT partners to recommend solutions that improve site efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Support IT compliance activities, including audits, risk assessments, user access reviews, and security controls.
- Assist with IT documentation, reporting, and planning related to the site’s technology environment.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards including NIST 800-171/800-53, SOX, and other cybersecurity frameworks.
- Provide technical and administrative IT support such as troubleshooting, system maintenance, and end-user assistance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Solid understanding of IT operations in a manufacturing or defense environment.
- Experience serving as a liaison between business functions and IT organizations.
- Ability to contribute effectively to projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with compliance and cybersecurity frameworks including NIST 800-171/800-53 and SOX.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic site environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with IT documentation, governance, and reporting.
Education/Experience:
- Associates Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- 5-7 years relevant experience #LI-EC1
Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
