Job Description:

   

The NWE Sales Enablement will be responsible for overseeing and managing programs and projects related to training across the Learning Solution Lifecycle (LSL). Partners with L&D Business/Function, HRGO, Centers of Expertise, and/or other internal and external partners and stakeholders to create strategic and operational planning of training and related programs. Identifies requirements of training products and/or services, and manages the operational structure necessary to meet learning and development objectives. Plans and develops training programs and/or related operational systems and processes to meet target audience needs, and to ensure the quality of design and development of training and operations on behalf of the company. Develops and maintains client, partner, and stakeholder relationships through partnering, coaching, and facilitating to identify, prioritize, and implement development solutions, operational systems, and processes.

The NWE Sales Enablement applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

Responsibilities:

Execute NWE enablement strategy in alignment with GEO Sales / BU Leaders:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A strategic mindset to align training initiatives with business goals
  • Experience in managing complex projects, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of innovation in learning methodologies will be crucial
  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for sales enablement programs, processes, and tools, ensuring alignment with our key initiatives and sales performance goals
  • Strong communication skills (the ability to get sellers to be aware and take action, on something that is not their key interest, is absolute key in this role).
  • Event management skills (for lack of a better word, e.g. organizing the logistics around different workshops)
  • Understand WW offers for solutions & products trainings
  • Attend WW Sales enablement calls and represent NEW GEO for the respective enablement role
  • Deliver GEO Solutions & Product Enablement Communication – tailored to required audience
  • Build/maintain strong relationships with BU/Country Leadership team
  • Provide monthly training status reporting on all partners - highlighting certification status risks
  • Facilitate quarterly enablement reviews with Leadership team
  • Input NWE Sales requirements into WW enablement programs and tailor as required / needed
  • Deploy WW enablement programs with specific NEW BU consideration
  • Collaborate with SMEs in relevant groups to ensure training programs meet evolving business needs and support overall company strategy
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for training effectiveness, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and demonstrate impact
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization, championing the importance of ongoing skill development
