About this job
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to support our Real Estate group. Our real estate portfolio includes a budget of $100M+ and spans across 80+ countries globally. We have a variety of programs running to identify opportunities for consolidation and to maximize our overall use of space to offer the right mix of on-site capacity to our employee population while managing optimal return on investment. This is an individual contributor role, but we are looking for someone with experience in this area that can operate at both the strategic and detailed level.
Responsibilities
- Support leadership on overall real estate strategy and financial management.
- Manage overall budget and ensure accurate monthly reporting and forecasting.
- Manage overall capital budget and ensure accurate monthly reporting and forecasting.
- Participate in the annual planning process for real estate.
- Manage monthly close activities in collaboration with regional finance and accounting teams to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial reporting
- Manage Real Estate Purchase Order process – opening PO’s, ensuring invoices are coded correctly across the organization, approve invoices, and follow up to ensure clean financials.
- Lead deep dive analysis on monthly results, identify variances, reach out to key stakeholders, coordinate with local controllers and ensure ongoing resolution to deliver on commitments.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and present them to the real estate leadership team.
- Additional capacity to support this role can be provided out of our Pune Hub.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of FP&A or financial business partnering experience (Real Estate a plus).
- Action-oriented and experienced in building strong, long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders, partners, and internal functions.
- Experience in planning, forecasting, reporting, and managing a budget.
- Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office Products and advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools).
- Ability to navigate in an ERP and Consolidations System (SAP & HFM a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
