Primary Accountability:
As a Field Services Supervisor, you’ll be our point-person, managing our project execution from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with our team, raising flags and solving problems as needed. We’ll count on you to oversee our contractors and vendors, partners and installers, keeping everybody in the loop, and above all, keeping everybody safe. We’ll appreciate your leadership, your communication and reports, your impressive teamwork skills, and the way we can count on you to execute a project to completion.
Major Duties:
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and other suppliers concerning all staffing, scheduling, system layout and safety issues.
- Supervises field services personnel who perform on-site support and technical assistance to customers through the execution of complex projects.
- Oversees estimation, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products and equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime.
- Oversees customer relationships while researching and answering difficult customer questions about projects from start to finish.
- Implement methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery and quality control.
- Acts as a source of guidance to assist with complex services or issues.
- Trains field services employees to perform and produce excellent quality of work and effectively handle on-site challenges as needed.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees and department managers.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of field services experience required.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, communication, and people skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional integrity.
- Able to execute on multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office required.
Physical Demands:
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to read computer screens, email and talk on the phone.
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area.
- Ability to lift up to ten (10) pounds.
Work Environment:
- Professional and deadline-oriented environment in an office setting.
- Interaction with team members and clients in both remote and on-site locations.
- Periodic weekend or evening work is expected.
