Join our dynamic Strategy and Transformation team as an Integration Lead, a pivotal role responsible for shaping and executing enterprise and functional integration strategies across our business. Whether it's supporting acquisitions, driving business transformation initiatives, or optimizing cross-functional processes, you will lead critical efforts that ensure alignment, consistency, and synergy across teams, systems, and strategies.

You will be at the center of change—translating business goals into actionable integration plans, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating execution across functions such as quality, operations, HR, finance, and commercial teams. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and has a proven track record of driving integration, program management, and strategic execution.

The candidate will ideally be based in the Twin Cities area with the rest of the product marketing and business leadership team.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead integration planning and execution for strategic initiatives, including mergers & acquisitions, organizational transformations, or cross-functional business programs.

  • Partner closely with the Sr. Director of Strategy and Transformation to design and operationalize integration strategies that align with long-term business goals.

  • Act as the single point of contact for integration projects-developing roadmaps, managing workstreams, ensuring accountability, and reporting on progress and risks.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in Quality, HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Commercial functions to align on processes, systems, and metrics.

  • Design and implement governance structures, decision-making frameworks, and communication plans to drive transparency and alignment across teams.

  • Identify interdependencies, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues that threaten integration success.

  • Create and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of integration activities and recommend adjustments as needed.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting integration retrospectives and sharing best practices across initiatives.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business strategy, product marketing, or product commercialization or similar, or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience


Nice to Have

  • MBA or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, or related field.

  • Experience with post-acquisition integration, enterprise transformation, or large-scale change initiatives.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Experience with tools and methodologies for project/program management, such as Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification.

  • Industry experience in healthcare, medtech, or technology-driven environments.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
