Heritage Pointe of Warren is seeking two dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s) to join our team as LPN Clinical Supervisors (1st and 2nd shift). These leadership roles are an excellent opportunity for skilled nursing professionals that are passionate about patient recovery and team development.
About the Role:
As the LPN Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facility delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering a culture of excellence among the clinical team. The LPN Clinical Supervisor provides direction and leadership to nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care that meets the individualized needs of each patient.
- Determine staffing needs and resolve issues as they arise such as taking sick calls and making sure that each shift is adequately staffed.
- Maintain a patient-first approach, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for patients and their families.
- Lead, mentor, and support team of Nurses, QMAs, and CNAs, to ensure a high standard of care.
- Will directly handle all incident reports, including work related injuries and incidents.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, facility policies, and best practices.
- Round with the physician and the nurse practitioner.
- Will assist work alongside admissions to ensure smooth transitions.
- Be an active member of the Nursing Leadership Team.
- Complete any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Current, valid nursing license in the state of Indiana.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment.
- A passion for mentoring staff and fostering a positive team culture.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
