What You'll Do:

• Architect and develop the technical framework of our platform, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and future-ready.

• Be a cornerstone in creating and refining the suite of software products that make up our system. This isn't just about AI - we're building a complex software system with multiple moving parts.

• Participate in the recruitment and growth of our engineering team. The foundation we lay together will be the backbone of our success.

• Be the technical voice when engaging with stakeholders, making sure that our vision and progress are well-communicated and understood.

• Foster a culture of exceptional quality—we're setting our sights high, and we need your help to keep us focused and on target.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• A track record of designing, developing, and scaling innovative software products from the ground up.

• Proven experience with a breadth of languages, frameworks, cloud services, and modern software architecture.

• Understanding of how to incorporate AI/ML components into larger software systems. Even if you aren’t an AI/ML expert, you should have an understanding of how these components interact with other parts of a software system.

• Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty. We’re trailblazing a new path in AI and accounting, which requires a willingness to take on the unknown.

• Strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for guiding the team, making strategic decisions, and communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
