About the role
<p><span>Join our Research & Development team and play a key role in shaping the future of our products. You will be part of a greenfield project developing a new line of our products - hearing aids. Our team is responsible for creating the device from the ground up – from processor design to complete software development, including embedded systems and device integration.</span></p>

<p><span>Tasks & Responsibilities</span></p>

<p><span>As a Software Engineer – Cloud CI/CD, you will design and implement automation solutions across all stages of product development and in all areas – embedded, desktop, mobile, and more. A significant part of your work will focus on cloud-based solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure.</span></p>

<p><strong><span>What you will do:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD tools for building, testing, and releasing firmware.</span></li>
<li><span>Operate and optimize cloud-hosted infrastructure (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).</span></li>
<li><span>Support firmware development teams by providing reliable automation tools.</span></li>
<li><span>Contribute to agile development culture and continuous improvement.</span></li>

<p><strong><span>Essential qualifications:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span>5+ years of experience with CI/CD systems for firmware.</span></li>
<li><span>2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.</span></li>
<li><span>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</span></li>
<li><span>Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach.</span></li>
<li><span>Passion for best practices and emerging technologies.</span></li>
<li><span>Fluent English (spoken and written).</span></li>
<li><span>Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++).</span></li>
</ul>

<p><strong><span>Good to have qualifications:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Experience building reliable, secure, and scalable services.</span></li>
<li><span>Degree in Computer Science or a related field.</span></li>
<li><span>Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, aerospace).</span></li>
