As a Physical Therapist, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to a diverse population ranging from young adults to geriatric patients, supporting both surgical and non-surgical cases. This is a direct patient-facing role where you’ll deliver high-quality, compassionate therapy in a collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), PT/OT Assistants, Providers, and Schedulers to ensure seamless, coordinated care for every patient. A caregiver in this position works Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday - Thursday: 7:00am—6:30pm and Friday: 7:00am—5:00pm. No weekends or holidays.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
Perform initial and ongoing assessments.
Establish, revise and evaluate plans of care.
Perform physical therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills appropriate for the patient’s age and condition.
