Your role
- Lead and support Home Managers to deliver high quality care across your region
- Grow and develop the region while driving strong occupancy levels
- Ensure homes meet company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Support teams with recruitment, training, motivation and performance
- Build positive links with local authorities and monitor budgets and KPIs effectively
Your skills
- Extensive management experience within the care home sector
- Strong analytical, organisational and administrative skills
- Proven senior leadership experience with a flexible approach
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 qualification, or equivalent, is desirable
- Full driving licence and confidence travelling across multiple locations
