Are you looking for an exciting career? Do you want to work on an outstanding team? Then we have the job for you. We are looking to fill a Full Time Administrative Coordinator position with our team at Pediatric Gastroenterology Team at Riley Hospital.
  Responsibilities: 

Provides standard administrative and technical support to multiple leaders or senior leadership. 

Manage schedules/calendars, coordinate meetings and events, prepare travel arrangements, process invoices and expense reports, and handles inquires, as appropriate, across teams they support. 

Manage work with limited guidance and direction. 

Anticipate and proactively address administrative and technical issues and challenges as they arise. 

Assure accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, various reports, basic budget oversight, etc. 

Exercise sound independent judgement, anticipate potential issues and challenges, and recognize the specific needs of their leader(s).

 

Must Haves: 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
3-5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
Intermediate proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Intermediate experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
