Retail Coordinator

Main Tasks

• Use ERP reports to analyze stock levels and plan production runs
• Publish schedules and review attainment of schedules.
• Work with OPS team in planning/scheduling orders for retail customers
• Keep excel report updated with load numbers, ship dates, etc.
• Maintain master schedule including using customer load portal
• Point of Contact with the Retail Sales Team
• Utilize Excel extensively including pivot tables, vlookups, and using concatenation
• Analyze historical sales performance and current trends to identify business opportunities
• Create and manage weekly and monthly reporting from stock to sales, delivery status, and aged inventory reports
• Supervisory Responsibility:
• This position does not currently hold any supervisory responsibilities

Your Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of retail planning experience
• Manufacturing/industry experience required.
• Excel experience required
