POSITION: People Delivery Specialist
LOCATION: Mahwah, NJ
RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE: $70,500 - $92,000 *

Reporting to the People Delivery Manager, you will Support the overall People team prioritizing initiatives and budget, planning and forecasting headcount alongside implementing People initiatives to align with the regional People chapter objectives.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organization. Here’s what to expect:
- Query Management solutions – People Lead for the internal intranet site (People Portal) to ensure the most updated policies are accessible for all employees. Be first point of contact for Delivery team on employee people queries alongside make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management – Be responsible for the department budget spend & accruals for all areas of the People Team and identify potential opportunities and risks alongside Tracking and maintaining budget.
- Headcount & reporting – Lead reporting monthly headcount (actuals vs forecast) alongside chapter leads, people partners and finance colleagues.
- People Systems & Organization Changes - Subject matter expert on global and local People systems, reflecting the organization structure correctly and ability to correct and update data and provide analysis (ex. ADP payrolls system and SuccessFactors);
- Projects – Deliver the team initiatives to help ensure projects are completed on-time (ie. communications, scheduling, ordering of supplies etc).
- Case management – Lead a portion of employee relation issues to address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Guidance can include performance management, career development, and work-life balance.
- Data Management – Reporting expert in People to provide reports and analyze data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Key People metrics such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, employee Net Promotor Score, PULSE surveys.
- People Partner Support - Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement People initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Perform other duties as required.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5 years of direct work experience within HR
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of budget management.
- Ability to adapt based on priorities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn internal systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills
