Internship - Milan HR team

Linklaters is looking for a motivated 5th year student or newly graduated to join the Milan HR team for a six-month internship from February.

Linklaters is a Global Law Firm that primarily works in the main sectors of business law. With 30 offices around the world, we offer expert legal services across a wide range of jurisdictions where our clients need us most.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the key HR processes, working within an international law firm, and having the chance to develop your talent in a professional and multicultural working environment.

Besides supporting the team with daily activities from an operational perspective, you will be involved also on the following:

• Recruiting: supporting the recruitment process by boosting job requisitions, screening applications and organizing candidates interviews;
• Employer branding: organizing and taking part in employer branding initiatives and events;
• Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI): contributing to the organization of DEI activities based on global guidelines;
• HR management: assisting in the planning and organization of overall HR processes together with the other teams, including updating of HR management systems and employees/lawyers records;

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Humanistic field, such as Human Resources, Psychology, Foreign Languages;
• Proficiency level in English (B2/C1)
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Team work attitude;
• Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks;
• Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to learn.
