Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant - Full Time or Part Time

Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team at a senior living community located in Fort Wayne, between Parkview Hospital and the VA hospital. Our well-equipped therapy gym offers an ADL kitchen and ADL bathroom, Scifits, nusteps, omnicycle, parallel bars, matt table, stairs, diathermy and ultrasound equipment. You’ll have the opportunity to treat a diverse range of diagnoses, including dementia, Parkinsons, ortho, hip and knee replacements.

This position offers the flexibility to choose between working Full-Time or Part-Time.

· Competitive hourly rate.

· Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday.

· Part-Time: Up to 30 hours per week, flexible schedule.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
