Raytheon - Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager (PM) to manage programs within the Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). This position is responsible for cost, schedule, technical, operational security and customer interface.  This includes profit and loss (P&L) and annual operations planning (AOP) accountability for the program. 

What You Will Do

• Provide leadership, direction, and implementation management of a medium sized DevSecOps program

• Lead using industry standard Agile/DevSecOps practices while working closely within the matrixed organization

• Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, implement gates and major reviews with the customer

• Manage cost, schedule, operational security and customer interface activities

• Work on the vast number of proposals 

• Facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) with test participants 

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline with a

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Program or Capture Management

• Experience capturing new business/program(s) while working proposals via customer engagement

• Experience working in a Software Development, DevSecOps, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment (excluding production and hardware areas)

• Experience working with Risk and Opportunity management practices

• An active and in-scope TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is
