Job Description

 

The Product Manager – Revenue Cycle ensures that any touchpoint related to billing and payment that we have with our customers and external partners offers a smooth, clear, and easy to use experience.

In this position, you will:

  • Develop the product strategy and roadmap of our products aimed at improving the revenue cycle, from the initial customer contact to final payment;
  • Make all steps of the payment process as easy as possible for our clients – of different sizes, geographies and using different services of our group;
  • Closely monitor invoicing processes, parameters, and procedures to ensure they are consistent, transparent, and compliant;
  • Analyze and optimize various payment solutions offered across the group, aiming for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction ;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Finance, IT, and Product teams to design and implement improvements and enhancements;
  • Deliver training to relevant staff and departments on the use of our products, payment modules and invoicing procedures and test yourself our services and apps;
  • Manage the whole change cycle.

Qualifications

 

  • Master’s degree from a top Engineering or Business School.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Product management, project management and/or customer-facing positions.
  • Knowledge in NetSuite, Stripe, PayPal, Adyen or other payment and invoicing solutions.
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
