AV Field Service Engineer/Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled AV Field Service Engineer/Technician with a basic AV skillset and troubleshooting experience to join our team. The AV Field Service Engineer/Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting audiovisual (AV) systems for clients across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV equipment, including projectors, displays, audio systems, and conferencing solutions.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure AV systems are functioning properly.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients for AV-related issues.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess and address AV system requirements.
• Perform system testing and quality checks to verify proper operation.
• Document service activities, issues, and resolutions accurately.
• Train end-users on the proper use and maintenance of AV equipment.
• Follow industry best practices and safety guidelines while handling AV equipment.
• Stay updated on emerging AV technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.
