Your key focus will be to drive deeper user engagement and retention on our mobile apps and web user experience powered by AI, personalization, and gamification. You will steer the development and strategy of your product area, reporting directly to the Head of Product. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape a product that truly makes a difference in people’s lives, blending technology with a human touch to create personalized health experiences.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your role</p> <p>  </p> <p>As a Senior Product Manager your main responsibilities will involve:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Drive the evolution of our product: your vision will guide the development of features that resonate with our users on a personal level, making health and wellness both accessible and engaging.</li> <li>Leverage market research and user feedback to uncover deep insights into our users’ needs and behaviors. Use these insights to develop intuitive and personalized app experiences that delight our users.</li> <li>Leverage data analytics to monitor app performance, user engagement, and satisfaction. Your decisions will be fueled by data, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in our product offerings. </li> <li>Lead a talented cross-functional team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence. Your ability to inspire and collaborate will bring together engineering, design, marketing, and data science and analysts to create breakthrough solutions.</li> <li>Orchestrate compelling go-to-market strategies that amplify our impact, driving adoption and loyalty.
