Senior Advisor for Healthcare Delivery

<p>InterSystems is seeking a Senior Advisor, Healthcare Delivery (North America IDNs/Providers) to join our Global Healthcare Market Strategy team. This senior-level individual contributor will own the provider/IDN market narrative, drive thought&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;and industry engagement, and ensure InterSystems maintains sustained visibility,&nbsp;credibility&nbsp;and influence in the North American provider ecosystem.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a Market Strategy&nbsp;role&nbsp;within&nbsp;Marketing. The Senior Advisor partners closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate provider/IDN market needs into clear strategy, messaging, and market-facing programs.&nbsp;</p> <p>InterSystems has been a leader in&nbsp;the data&nbsp;management, interoperability, and digital health space since its&nbsp;inception. Today, more than 1 billion health records worldwide are managed using InterSystems technology. That tech includes our HealthShare interoperability product suite, InterSystems IRIS for&nbsp;Health&nbsp;and&nbsp;InterSystems&nbsp;IntelliCare&nbsp;and&nbsp;TrakCare.&nbsp;</p> <p>This new role will focus initially on North America, with the potential for limited international work.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Market strategy and positioning&nbsp; <ul> <li>Serve as the segment owner for North American IDNs/health systems and provider delivery organizations within Market Strategy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Define and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;the provider/IDN positioning, messaging, and narrative in partnership with Product Marketing and Product Management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide continuous market analysis on IDN priorities (e.g., interoperability, access, care coordination, data platforms, modernization) and translate insights into GTM and product guidance.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Industry engagement and standards participation&nbsp; <ul> <li>Develop and sustain senior relationships with key provider/IDN leaders and influential industry stakeholders (e.g., CIOs, CMIOs, CNIOs, clinical informatics leaders, innovation executives), as well as key associations and peer networks.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build InterSystems’ provider/IDN market credibility through conference presence, webinars, speaking, writing, media&nbsp;engagement&nbsp;and strategic participation in high-impact industry forums.&nbsp;</li> <li>Represent (or coordinate representation for) InterSystems in relevant industry workgroups and standards communities as needed, with awareness of the landscape including HL7, Da Vinci, Sequoia, and related interoperability initiatives.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Analyst engagement and relationships&am
