Join our dynamic Gas Power Aero Services team as a Senior Parts Sales Leader. The Parts Sales Leader for Aero Services is responsible for guiding the ITR teams by streamlining proposal processes, developing customer-centric parts packages, and driving market penetration. This role acts as a key interface between internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring optimized solutions, efficient operations, and sustained business growth.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to Sales and Commercial Operations teams to streamline proposal processes and reduce turnaround time (TAT).
- Collect and leverage customer feedback across the region to guide pipeline development, ensuring offerings align with market needs (“Voice of Customer”).
- Define reliability packages for TX/MMP/CSA customers, tailored to sub-region, operating cycle, and plant mission, with adaptability to meet specific customer requirements.
- Analyze the Flow Parts Dynamic to identify customer pain points and opportunities, collaborating with CSL and Services Sales to drive spare parts sales
- Establish criteria for RSPLs (inputs, outputs, stakeholders, process owners, and data sources) and enhance the RSPL portal for reliability and efficiency, engaging key stakeholders such as Engineering, Parts COE, AE, and AAJV teams.
- Develop expertise in RSPL offerings (Bronze, Silver, Gold) by understanding differences in lead time, CM%, dollar contribution, and customer budget, serving as the primary resource for commercial teams.
- Proactively engage with NU and AAJV teams to accelerate RSPL proposal creation and reduce turnaround time.
- Leverage best practices from the HD Parts organization to identify and implement process improvements within Aero.
- Develop and maintain tools and KPIs to track Parts TAM (Total Addressable Market), SAM (Serviceable Available Market), SOM (Serviceable Obtainable Market), and GE Aero market penetration.
- Proven ability to manage wing-to-wing projects covering ITO & OTR.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean principles and driving continuous improvements.
- Experience in leading direct and cross-functional teams with effective change management.

Pay Transparency:
For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $151,400.00 - $252,200.00 USD Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15% annual performance incentive.
