The position of Procurement Process & Data Manager will be Remote!

Summary
The Procurement Process & Data Manager is responsible for leading procurement processes and replenishment strategies, the oversight of inventory related metrics and data analytics, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making, and establish and maintain procurement related policies.


What You’ll Do

  • Collect and analyze procurement data from various sources, including ERP systems, supplier databases, and external market data
  • Utilize statistical and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the procurement data
  • Work closely with the Procurement team to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings through data-driven analysis
  • Support the implementation of procurement best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using data-driven metrics, such as on-time delivery, quality, and cost competitiveness
  • Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, risk mitigation, and strategic sourcing based on data analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to integrate procurement data with other business systems and processes
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of data analytics, supply chain, or related experience
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and sourcing strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail
