Job Description

Is responsible for:

• Analyzing SAP Users in SAP (mainly S/4HANA on-premise) systems / sometimes via SAP4Me
• Categorize them along authorization objects
• Consult Robert Bosch entities and SAP projects along a user access rights
• Consolidate and cluster SAP users across on-premise and Cloud systems
• Documentation and collecting data for Bosch internal charging
• Consult and create directives and regulations related to user management
• Create monthly system measurements for SAP - License charging
• Analyzing charged SAP license price and making retro calculation
• Document charged prices/user volumes in a dashboard

Qualifications

Necessary skills:

• Experience in SAP license management and SAP authorization concept- preferably also in the different SAP Cloud Systems
• Basic knowledge of SAP system
• Knowledge about SAP4Me
• Very good Excel know-how
• Basis understanding of Data analytics.
• Good English in writing and orally.
• Basic understanding of German.
