The IT Senior Audit Manager at Rubrik will play a critical role in establishing the IT SOX program including identifying process enhancements, testing of controls, and collaborating with IT teams on remediation plans. In addition, this role will help evaluate and build IT audit programs for critical processes to address operational risk. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute comprehensive IT SOX compliance programs, including the design and implementation of internal controls and the maintenance of documentation
• Assist with overseeing IT audit planning, execution, and reporting 
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and business partners
• Identify and implement IT process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT SOX program
• Manage the risk assessment and develop the appropriate methodology for scoping IT systems
• Identify IT control design, operating gaps and provide recommendations for remediation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with both business and IT stakeholders
• Provide guidance on changes made to the IT environment including system implementations
• Keep abreast of changes in relevant regulations and standards and communicate these changes to leadership stakeholders

Ideal background:

• BA degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or Informations Systems preferred
• CISA, CPA or CIA preferred
• 10+ years of experience with public accounting, SOX, or internal audit
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake, Tableau, and Salesforce system capabilities is preferred
• Experience with technology and/or SAAS companies is preferred
• Strong knowledge of IT internal controls, SOX documentation, and controls testing
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, flexible and deadline-oriented
• Multi-tasking and time management skills, upbeat demeanor, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and work with a sense of urgency
• Ability to adhere to the highest ethical standards and unwavering integrity

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US Pay Range$156,000—$234,000 USD
