• Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions.
• Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases of the projects assigned.
• Perform risk management and change management on projects.
• Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and
  tasks assigned.
• Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
• Interface with the Engineering Team and external business owners for project
  requirements and scope.
• Drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives.
• Plan technical software and system hardware product requirements with internal teams and develop
  the project execution plan.
• Oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle end-to-end, project plans and ensure on-time delivery and provide hands on program
  management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
• Identify critical points of failures across systems or within system boundaries
  and create active monitoring dashboards for the same.
• Identify and create alerts for key telemetry events across systems that trigger when the reliability, performance or stability of the
  collective ecosystem is impacted.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or computer-related occupation. Requires five years of experience in the following:
• 1. Program, project, or technical management
• 2. Working on infrastructure, business solutions, or company growth implementation projects from inception to delivery
• 3. Defining scope, understanding business requirements, and translating needs into technical requirements
• 4. Collecting data points across disparate projects and delivering data-driven insights
• 5. Cross-organizational work in which teams and individuals are held accountable to timelines and deliverables
• 6. Driving internal process improvements across teams and functions to ensure high performance bars are met across the board
• 7. Developing strategies to address tooling and framework gaps faced by engineering teams
• 8. Using multiple communication mediums to distribute information and tailoring a message to an audience
• 9. Defining key failure and success metrics for cross-functional engineering systems by having an in-depth understanding of system design and function
• 10. Defining monitoring dashboards or solutions that help monitor cross-system and intra system health and performance.
