Description

NorthCare is seeking a dynamic, visionary leader to join our team as Program Director of Family Preservation Services. This vital leadership role will help shape the future of family-centered care, overseeing up to six life-changing programs that empower, advocate for, and strengthen families in need.

Some Key Duties:

  • Ensure program compliance with agency, state, and contractual standards.
  • Supervise and support program managers/supervisors to deliver high-quality services.
  • Analyze and revise policies and procedures to improve service outcomes.
  • Support program evaluation and continuous quality improvement efforts.
  • Maintain active communication with funders and community agencies including ODMHSAS, OKDHS, OCHA, and others.
  • Collaborate with other directors to ensure integrated and outstanding client care.
  • Provide clinical supervision, manage program budgets, and promote a healthy and engaged work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field and/or a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field with 2 years of management experience. 
  • Clinical licensure in Oklahoma preferred(LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience in a human services setting.
  • Proven leadership ability in a multidisciplinary and multi-site environment.
  • Strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
  • Must meet NorthCare training requirements within 30 days of hire.
  • Must have a TB test within 12 months prior to employment or obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Must maintain professional standards, licensing requirements, and ethical codes.
