Online Chat Assistant

RVB Associates, Inc. is a leading company in the industry and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Online Chat Assistant to join our team. As an Online Chat Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat platforms, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through our products and services. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Online Chat Assistant or similar role preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer management systems
• Typing speed and accuracy with excellent attention to detail
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
