OCI Infrastructure Capacity Management is currently in need of a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to join our fast-growing team. The TPM will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for OCI. This role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems and the ability to jump into any in-flight project and get it on the rails. Additionally, the role will be required to effectively communicate status at an executive level, and suggest changes to use company resources more efficiently.
Specific responsibilities for this role include:
- Drive critical cross-org programs
- Work across various service teams to determine feasibility and timelines
- Provide technical leadership, but not line management of cross-functional teams
- Organize cross-org activities ensuring completion of projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Mentor junior program managers
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in program/project management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant
- Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success
- Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, and presentations
- High ownership with a strong bias for action
- Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products
- Understanding of demand signals, supply chain, and/or capacity delivery is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors
- Flexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detail
- Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products
- Ability to think broadly and strategically
- Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
- Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $104,000 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
